Table Tennis Rubber: Joola Rhyzer 43
With the new Rhyzer 48 and Rhyzer 43 pads, JOOLA is presenting a completely new range of top-level rubbers that precisely compensate for the peculiarities of plastic balls – slower speeds and lower rotation values. With two innovative approaches, the improvement of the sponge technology and the further development of the dimpled geometry, JOOLA is entering a whole new dimension of covering development.
The starting point for the development of this completely new lining series was that many players had to correct their usual movements due to the changed flight characteristics of the plastic ball. A great challenge for many actors, which often led to dissatisfaction with the material played.
The new JOOLA Rhyzer has an extremely thin and extremely grippy surface, which is very much under tension due to its nature. In combination with the narrow, relatively short dimple necks and larger spaces, this leads to a maximum catapult effect. In addition, the flexible nep necks cause a prolonged ball contact time, a sensitive touch and thus excellent spin properties.
Due to the lower thickness of the upper rubber, the JOOLA Rhyzer in the Maximum version could be equipped with a thicker sponge underlay. This “Powermax” sponge gives the Rhyzer an additional dynamic upgrade. The power and energy potential is further enhanced by the large-pored, pink sponge. Despite the high dynamics, the large pores still provide a soulful touch and a plus of control in every game situation.
The Rhyzer 43 has a medium-hard 43 ° sponge and is ideal for the spin-oriented, varied game at the table and from the half-distance. Despite the enormous speed he compensates for inadequacies in the ball meeting point. The feel of the Rhyzer 43 is rather soft and guarantees a very good feedback with a curved flight curve of the ball.
