Our woods MATADOR (OFF-) and MATADOR TEXA (OFF) have set the bar very high in terms of effectiveness when using material, both of which are worldwide best sellers for offensive material players.
As the name suggests, we have now added a new model with balsa core.
MATADOR TEXA BALSA has the same construction as MATADOR TEXA, including the synthetic fiber material, but its balsa core offers a slightly softer, more elastic stop.
It is therefore a good alternative for material players who need both high speed, high effectiveness with pimple-outs and anti-spin rubbers as well as a less hard attack with more control.
In contrast to classic balsa woods, the MATADOR TEXA BALSA does not have a typical balsa feeling, as the use of artificial fiber layers as well as hard outer veneers ensures that a fast and rotationally topspin game can be wound up.
